Meditation & Yoga Teacher

Hello, my name is Nina. I have practiced and studied yoga for over 15 years, and I am a 200-hour certified yoga teacher. For several years, I have been fortunate to study the ancient roots of Classical Yoga under the direction of Dr. Vijayendra Pratap of The Yoga Research Society in Philadelphia. I also completed three years of study in Contemplative Psychotherapy with a focus in Mindfulness and Compassion from The Nalanda Institute in NYC, where I also recently completed a teacher certification in Compassion-Based Resilience Training (CBRT). I look forward to sharing my skills and practice with you in the near future!
